A mortgage veteran with over 20 years of experience, Larisa Lutes has the know-how and expertise to get the job done, smoothly and efficiently. Larisa is a native Angelino, born in Hollywood and raised in Pasadena. At the University of California, Irvine, Larisa studied Russian Civilization which eventually led to an international move to Moscow, Russia. It was in Russia that Larisa honed her skills for managing multi-faceted transactions while working at a British law firm specializing in corporate finance. Larisa worked on cross-border deals setting up the legal framework for foreign businesses to enter the Russian market place – she even assisted in bringing the very first TGIF restaurant to Moscow!
Upon her return to the US, Larisa found mortgage lending to be a natural fit for her talents. Her attention to detail allows her to structure the most complicated financial scenarios for today’s homebuyer while never forgetting that behind each transaction is a family looking to find that perfect home.
For Larisa, the best part of her job is developing close relationships with the families she serves and being a part of the team to welcome them home!
